
Daniel L. Weiss, Esq. is the Founder and Principal of The Law Offices of Daniel L. Weiss, L.L.C. with offices located in Freehold, New Jersey. The Practice emphasizes representation in all aspects of Immigration law with a specialty in complex Immigration defense litigation, Consular Processing and Waivers. The Firm represents clients internationally and throughout the United States of America.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, he sits on the Board of Trustees as a leader of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has lectured at Colleges, Universities, continuing legal education classes, Judicial conferences and numerous community liaison classes and religious institutions. He was interviewed by NBC-TV in 2001 regarding the Elian Gonzales case.
Mr. Weiss is the past Chairman of the District IX Ethics Committee of New Jersey and is now a Special Master for the Office of Attorney Ethics. He received the Founder's Award from the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2005 in recognition of his national and state involvement for LGBT rights.
Mr. Weiss received his undergraduate degree from The American University, his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and studied international law extensively in Spain and Israel. He clerked for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and for the Honorable Glenn Berman, New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County.
