Daniel L. Weiss brings nearly two decades of practice in the field of law coupled with the highest ethical standards and leadership in the community. Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and is admitted to The Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He sits on the Board of Trustees as a leader of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Weiss is the past chairman of the District IX Ethics Committee of the New Jersey State Bar. Mr. Weiss received the Founder’s Award from the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2005 in recognition of his national and state involvement in gay and lesbian immigration rights. Mr. Weiss has family in Mexico City, Mexico and Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a fully bilingual attorney, and with a staff that is fully bilingual as well, he is uniquely situated to understand the needs of immigrants and works closely with other highly skilled professionals in complex cases before Immigration Courts and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Earlier this week USCIS published additional guidance regarding the Employ American Workers Act (EAWA) for employers wishing to file H-1B petitions on behalf of skilled workers.
